This morning, the provincial president of the Red Cross, Francisco Galvañ, visited the Aguas de Alicante facilities to learn first-hand about the company's work in the towns of Alicante, San Vicente, Campell, San Juan, Monforte and Petrer.

In his first institutional visit as president, Galvañ was accompanied by Francisco Javier Bartual, CEO of Aguas de Alicante, who showed him around the company's remote control room, where the drinking water distribution network, tank status and analytical tests carried out by the company in real time are controlled.

During the visit, Bartual stated that: 'Both organisations, the Red Cross and Aguas de Alicante, have worked together for some time on a number or social projects and will continue do so in the future'. Bartual went on to add that 'during the meeting, the possibility arose of exploring new lines of cooperation, including the areas of innovation and climate change'.
