Aguas de Alicante, much more than water

Guaranteeing your supply

Aguas Municipalizadas de Alicante, Empresa Mixta (Aguas de Alicante), whose headquarters are at Calle Alona, 31, Alicante, is half-owned by Alicante City Council, the service provider, and half-owned by Hidraqua, Gestión Integral de Aguas de Levante S.A. (capital 100% SUEZ).

The essence of Aguas de Alicante is based on managing and supplying water with the highest quality standards, providing water that is totally hygienic and guaranteeing the supply 365 days a year and 24 hours a day.

We work daily on the three pillars of our management: society, technology and environment. These pillars channel our way of working today, tomorrow and always.

The commitment to technology, a crucial factor in the sustainable progress of society, puts the company at the forefront of innovation, working to define solutions for the future with a vision that covers all aspects of water management: infrastructure, water resources, environment, safety and hazard prevention.

We actively implement sustainable development policies to provide value to the society in which we manage a resource as valuable as it is indispensable. Notable actions include the introduction of a support scheme to provide individual grants for the most disadvantaged people and/or family units and campaigns to raise awareness and promote good use of water, giving it the value that it deserves.

Of course, we care for the environment. By caring for our environment and promoting policies that protect it and improve water infrastructure, we will ensure that our management contributes more value for the coexistence of people.

We have been, we are and we will always be 'much more than water'.
